Product Information

This test equipment is used to evaluate the electrical life and make/break capacity of motor control switches and related components. It simulates motor resistive-inductive loads to test accessories for contact sticking, excessive wear, and electrical fatigue damage, with PLC control and a 7-inch touchscreen for easy operation.

The equipment supports impulse currents up to 180A and rated currents up to 30A, with switchable 250V/127V output and a presettable cycle count of up to 9,999,999 times.

Built with single-station design, it is suitable for resistive, inductive, and locked-rotor motor load control switches with rated voltage ≤250V and rated current ≤30A.

With automatic load switching and high-precision measurement, it is ideal for quality control labs and manufacturing environments verifying switch performance.

Sample and Limitations

Applicable to control switches for resistive and motor loads classified under Clause 7.1.2.2, control switches for locked-rotor motor special load circuits with a power factor ≥ 0.6 classified under Clause 7.1.2.9, and control switches for inductive load circuits classified under Clause 7.1.2.8. Rated voltage of the test samples shall not exceed 250 V, and rated current shall not exceed 30 A.



Test Purpose

Used to test the making/breaking capacity and normal operating life of motor control switches. The purpose is to verify whether accessories can withstand current surge impacts and electrical fatigue damage during normal use, and to check for contact sticking, prolonged disconnection, excessive wear, and other harmful consequences.

The core is to simulate the resistive-inductive load of motors using resistance + inductance, to perform electrical life, make/break capacity, and endurance tests on switches, contactors, protectors, motor controllers, etc.
