IEC 62196-1 EV Connector Mechanical Endurance Test Machine With Servo Drive

Product Overview

This test machine is specially designed to perform breaking capacity test and normal operation test for electric vehicle charging interfaces, industrial plugs, sockets and couplers. It verifies whether electrical accessories can withstand repeated mechanical, electrical and thermal stresses during normal operation without excessive wear, deformation or other harmful effects, so as to validate product reliability and service life. The equipment uses a servo motor drive mechanism to realize repeated plugging and unplugging actions; it supports an external load for breaking capacity testing. All test parameters including on/off time, test speed, stroke and angle can be preset via the touchscreen panel.
