The EV Plug Flexibility Testing Machine is engineered to assess the mechanical integrity of electric vehicle charging connectors at the critical cable entry point—the area most susceptible to repeated bending stresses during real-world operation.
Utilizing high-precision servo motor technology, this system drives a turntable that oscillates test samples through controlled left-right movements. The intelligent control system automatically halts operation upon reaching preset cycle counts and provides clear completion signals. Advanced servo control ensures precise swing angles with minimal lateral displacement, guaranteeing test repeatability and reliability.
Large-size specimens are securely mounted on durable aluminum plates, with the swing axis precisely aligned to the cord entry point. This configuration accurately simulates real application stresses while minimizing unnecessary strain for authentic mechanical simulation.
Designed for demanding testing environments, the equipment operates on AC220V±10% / 50–60Hz power input and delivers stable performance with a 3KW power rating.
