Product Overview


 

The EV Plug Flexibility Testing Machine is specifically designed to evaluate the mechanical strength of electric vehicle charging connectors, industrial plugs, sockets, and couplers. It focuses on testing the flexing performance at the cable entry point — a critical area subjected to repeated bending in real-world usage.

This high-precision apparatus operates based on IEC standards, using a servo motor to drive a turntable that oscillates the test sample left and right. Once the pre-set number of flexing cycles is reached, the system automatically stops and signals test completion. The intelligent servo control ensures accurate, repeatable swing angles and minimal lateral displacement, safeguarding test reliability.

Large-size samples can be securely mounted on durable aluminum plates, with the swing axis precisely aligned with the cord entry point to simulate real application stresses. This reduces unnecessary strain and ensures a more authentic mechanical simulation.

Built to support heavy-duty testing environments, the machine runs on AC220V±10% / 50–60Hz power input and delivers stable operation with a 3KW power rating. Ideal for R&D labs, compliance testing, and quality assurance of EV connectors and industrial-grade power components.
