Product Introduction

This IPX9K waterproof test chamber fully complies with international standards:
IEC 60529:1989 + A1:1999 + A2:2013 Clause 14.2.9, IEC 62196-3:2026 Clause 20, IEC 62196-1:2025 Clause 20.2, DIN 40050-9 and ISO 20653.
These standards define IP protection ratings for electrical equipment housings of road vehicles, covering two core protection categories:
1. Protection against solid foreign bodies including dust;
2. Protection against high-pressure, high-temperature water ingress.

Material & Structure

The outer cabinet and inner test chamber are both fabricated from SUS304 stainless steel.

The upper section integrates the test workspace and control panel; the lower section houses core components: imported Italian high-pressure pump & solenoid valves, SUS304 constant temperature and backwater tanks, turntable drive motor, and reduction transmission assembly.

All running parameters including water temperature, nozzle operation, pressure, test duration and flow rate are regulated by PLC. Users configure all settings via a 7-inch Taiwan WEINVIEW touchscreen, with upgraded industrial touchscreen options available.
