Equipment Overview


 

This Bending Mechanical Strength Test Equipment is designed for evaluating the durability and mechanical reliability of electric vehicle charging interfaces, industrial plugs, sockets, and couplers. It specifically tests the bending performance of the flexible power connection cable as required in the “mechanical strength” section of relevant standards.

Driven by a high-precision servo motor, the system operates a turntable that swings the test specimen left and right, automatically stopping once the preset number of cycles is completed. The fixture adopts an aluminum mounting plate and is engineered to align the swing axis with the cable entry point of the sample, ensuring minimal lateral displacement and more accurate test results.

With a stable AC220V power supply and a durable structure, this machine provides reliable performance for laboratories, EV charging equipment manufacturers, and quality inspection agencies. Its compact footprint, robust build, and user-friendly operation make it an essential tool for mechanical endurance testing of power connection components.
